Replacement of 27 exhaust fans throughout the building and installation of a 110-section motor control center with disconnects, vfd drives and an automated fan monitoring system; designed and built cardio pulmonary rehab clinic HVAC system; replacement of more than 4,000 sprinkler heads with new 155-degree quick response sprinkler heads.
Andrews Air Force Base, Md.:
Complete upgrade of the electrical and HVAC systems in multiple buildings; designed and installed seven exhaust systems for mess hall; designed and installed lighting for football field; built a 2,800-square-foot masonry addition to the family housing management office; upgraded and installed signs; repaired west gym locker room; installed several sets of playground equipment at the play structures building.

Exterior Power Plant RRMC. Design Construction & management of major renovations & upgrades to the underground facility and site to support its mission. Provide US Government with the ability to operate the site well into the 21st century with upgraded utility infrastructure systems. Preserve any historical elements of the facility. Task 02-Fort Dedrick misc. projects: design/build a 5,000 sf area. demolition and renovation of 5,000 sf building to include electrical, mechanical and all architectural finishes. Total Cost: $2,215,000.00.
